+ Who is eligible to use the center?
The Center for Living Well is open to all Disney eligible employees and their dependents enrolled in the plan.
+ Are same-day appointments available?
The Center for Living Well recommends making an appointment. Same-day appointments will be accommodated, however, appointments reduce possible wait time and ensure you have a positive patient experience while at the Center.
+ What services does the health center provide?
The Center for Living Well is your first stop for a diagnosis, routine primary care, prescription refill, annual physical, immunization, or lab work. The center is equipped to handle a variety of personal medical needs. Please visit the services page for more detailed information.
+ What medical plans are accepted?
The Center for Living Well provides comprehensive primary healthcare exclusively for full time eligible Cast Members, Imagineers and their family members enrolled in a Disney medical plan. We cannot bill secondary insurance plans.
+ If I do not have insurance through Disney, can I still use the center?
If you are not covered by a Disney medical plan, you can’t utilize the Center for Living Well. However, you can utilize the Pharmacy for OTC medication purchases which are deeply discounted.
+ Can I do lab/blood test orders from another provider at the Center?
Yes, the center can perform blood draws ordered by an outside provider, as long as you are on the Disney medical plan. Make an appointment for the lab by either calling the Center or by visiting our patient portal. Please bring your lab orders with you to your appointment.
+ Is the center an approved provider for workers’ compensation claims? If I get hurt on the job, can/should I go to the center?
The Center for Living Well offers basic first aid as well as emergency care in certain situations. The center is not an approved provider for workers’ compensation claims. However, Health Services, conveniently located across the street from the Center for Living Well, handles all on the job injuries for Cast Members.

Yes, the center is open from:

Saturday - Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST excluding holidays.

+ Who manages the center?
Premise Health operates the center.
+ Is my health data secure and private? Will my employer have access to my medical records?
Your personal health information is confidential and your data is kept secure. The Center for Living Well operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. Premise Health can’t share any personal health information without your permission. Rest assured, your personal health information is not shared with your employer. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the CLW.
+ Am I required to use the center?
No, the Center for Living Well is offered as on onsite convenience for our Cast Members, Imagineers and their family members enrolled in a Disney medical plan.
